First of all, I will start with this: My parents don’t know I write this blog. They are just basic email-only folks. 
My siblings and I have started preparing for this. We’re doing the following:
- Getting a limo
- Renting a location
- Hiring a DJ
- Getting food
- Preparing/mailing invitations
- Preparing a multimedia show
We are using Google Calendar and Google Docs to share our notes. Web tools make life so much easier!
